How can I check my course goal?
You can check your course goal from 'Requirements' or 'Show Reports' link on MyPage.
I want to check my progress.
The progress bar on MyPage show how far you have progressed toward your course goal.
Click 'show report' (below the progress bar) to see a more detailed study report.
What is the definition of 'Status'?
Definition of STATUS:
  • Far Ahead: has studied significantly over the expected number of lessons so far (2+ weeks ahead)
  • Ahead: has studied a little over the expected number of lessons so far (1-2 weeks ahead)
  • On Track: has studied approximately the expected number of lessons so far
  • Behind: has studied a little under the expected number of lessons so far (1-2 weeks behind)
  • Far Behind: has studied significantly under the expected number of lessons so far (2+ weeks behind)
  • Completed: has met course completion requirements
  • Incomplete: course period ended without course completion requirements being met
  • Not Started: course period has not started yet
  • Not Accessed: has not opened this course
  • No Criteria: no course completion requirements
I studied using the mobile app, but my study does not show in my study report.
Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet and follow the steps below to sync your study data.
  1. Open the app, and tap the gear icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Tap 'Sync data'.
If your study data still does not show correctly, log out of the app, and log back in.

Please make sure that you cannot sync the progress of the unfinished lessons.
I studied on a computer, but the study does not show in the app on my mobile device.

I want to download my completion certificate.
When you pass your program, a 'download completion certificate' button will appear on MyPage.

Click this button to download your certificate as a PDF file.
You can also download your certificate after the course period is expired.

(Note that some courses do not offer a completion certificate for download.)
