Technical Problems

I cannot proceed with the lesson for some reason.
If there are unanswered questions, you will not be able to proceed to the next page/stage.
So please make sure you have answered all the questions.
If your desktop browser is not the latest version, some functions may not work properly.
Please confirm the options menu and make sure your browser is up-to-date.
I can't hear any/part of sounds on the lessons.
Please check your device as follows.

  • Is the volume level set properly?
  • Is your headphone connected to your device properly?

[For Desktop]
  • Delete your browser cache (browser history) and try again. You can check how to delete cache from your browser's 'Help'.
[For App]
  • Make sure if the silent mode is disabled if you are studying without headphones.
  • Remove downloaded file from the setting menu (gear icon on the top right) and try again.
